This interdisciplinary program examines the complexity of modern crises—from natural disasters and pandemics to conflicts and cyber-attacks—and emphasizes leadership, policy development, strategic planning, and inter-agency coordination. Candidates engage in in-depth research that contributes to improved preparedness, response efficiency, and long-term recovery efforts.
